What is your Return Policy?

Snubbies products are backed by a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to be happy! You may return your sealed, unopened Snubbies  product for any reason within the first 30 days for a full refund (minus return shipping charges). For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, the return window is extended until January 31.

How do I submit a Return?

Please email your order information to [email protected]  for assistance with your return within 30-days of purchase. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. If you need any assistance call 888-483-4968

How soon after I return the item will I see a Refund?

Once you return your Snubbies product, send tracking number to [email protected]  We will issue a refund when the product is received in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming your refund status, and the refund will appear in your account within a few days.
